The Maintenance Works Include The 110 Kv Voltage-Level Overhead Power Transmission Network And The 110 Kv Voltage-Level Underground Cable Network. The 110 Kv Maintenance Work Includes Earthing Repairs, Walking Inspection, Decay Inspections, As Well As Earthing Measurements And Earth Potential Report. The Procurement Also Includes The Fault Repairs Of The 110 Kv Overhead Line Network, The Dropping Of Frost Loads And The Maintenance Of The Material Warehouse For Fault Repairs. The Supplier Must Have The Ability, In Terms Of Personnel, Equipment And Know-How, To Carry Out Fault Repairs Of The 110 Kv Overhead Line Network And To Handle The Grounding Of The Work Site. The Components Of The 110 Kv Voltage Level Of Substations Are Not Part Of This Contract, With The Exception Of The Components Of The 110Kv Underground Cable Network And Power Line Poles Located In The Substation Field. The Fixed-Term Contract Period For The Procurement Is 1 January 2027 - 31 December 2027. After The Fixed-Term Contract Period, The Subscriber Can, If He Wishes, Extend The Contract With Extension Options: 1.1.2028 - 31.12.2029 And 1.1.2030 - 31.12.2031. The Customer Informs The Supplier Of The Use Of The Extension Option In Writing No Later Than Three (3) Months Before The End Of The Valid Contract Period
