The Tender Is For The Provision, Delivery And Introduction Of A Uniform Audiovisual Infrastructure For The Courtrooms And Meeting Rooms Of The Courts Of The Canton Of Aargau (Higher Court, Special Administrative Court, Compulsory Measures Court, District Courts [Including Family Courts/Kesb], Arbitration Authorities And Various Commissions). The Solution Includes Presentation And Display Systems As Well As Sound And Video Transmission Components That Meet The Requirements Of Media-Free Work With The Digital File In Everyday Negotiations. In Addition, The Technical Requirements Must Be Created For Hybrid Negotiation Formats And Victim Surveys, In Which Those Involved In The Proceedings Such As Parties, Experts Or Interpreters Can Participate In The Proceedings Remotely. The Infrastructure Must Also Enable Negotiations To Be Recorded In Video And Sound. The Recorded Content Must Be Stored In An Audit-Proof And Legally Compliant Manner.
