Lift-Maintenance Services – Full Omnium Maintenance Of A Multi-Brand Fleet Of Elevators, Freight Elevators And Escalators And Associated Services. This Contract Concerns The Maintenance Of A Fleet Of Elevators, Goods Lifts And Escalators On The Liège Airport Site. This Is A Multi-Brand Fleet: The Successful Bidder Therefore Ensures That It Can Work On The Entire Fleet, Regardless Of The Brand, Age And Condition Of The Installations. The Services Covered Concern The Following: • Preventive And Curative Maintenance, Including Repairs, In Full Omnium; • Regulatory Modernization Services Taking Place Every 15 Years For Elevators Affected By The Duration Of The Market; • Possible Interventions Not Covered By The Full Omnium. The Contract Begins The Day After Its Award Notification And The Successful Bidder Must Start Operationally On April 1, 2028, The End Date Of The Previous Contract. Previously, After Award Of The Contract, The Successful Bidder Will Have Taken The Necessary Steps To Obtain All Airport Access So That Its Staff Can Go To A Secure Airside Zone, Any Subcontractor(S) Included. The Contract Is Launched For A Period Of 60 Months And May Possibly Be Renewed For 3 Periods Of 12 Months Each By Decision Of The Contracting Entity Communicated In Writing To The Successful Bidder 3 Months Before The End Of The Current Period. The Park Is Made Up Of The Following Elements: • 27 Elevators; • 1 Freight Elevator; • 1 Escalator. These Quantities May Be Revised Downwards Or Upwards During Execution Depending On The Evolution Of The Real Estate Portfolio Of The Contracting Entity. Repairs Must Take Place 7 Days A Week And 24 Hours A Day Within The Time Limits Specified In The Special Specifications. An Availability Rate Is Imposed For Each Piece Of Equipment Per Year: 95% (The Terms Will Be Specified In The Special Specifications). A Site Visit Will Be Organized For Candidates Invited To Submit An Offer.
