Stavanger, Sandnes, Sola And Randaberg Municipalities, Henceforth Referred To As Contracting Authorities, Would Like To Collect Tenders For The Procurement And Delivery Of Digital Teaching Resources To Primary And Secondary Schools And Other Educational Entities In The Municipalities, Including A Network Based Tool For Purchases, Supervision And Administration Of Licences. The Contract Can Also Be Used By Other Municipal Entities That Need Digital Learning Resources In Connection With Training. The Contract Also Includes The Procurement Of Digital Learning Resources To School Libraries, But Not The Contracting Authoritys Public Libraries. The Framework Agreement Shall Ensure The Municipalities Reliable Access To High Quality Digital Learning Resources And At Competitive Prices. The Contracting Authorities Will Enter Into A Framework Agreement With One Tenderer, Who Can Deliver A Multitude Of Digital Learning Resources From Several Recognised Publishers/Suppliers For All Stages And Subjects In Primary And Secondary Schools.
