This Contract Constitutes A Supplies Contract Relating To The Design, The Development Of A Scenographic Charter And The Creation Of A Scenography For The New Semi-Permanent Exhibition Of The Collections Of The Royal Museums Of Fine Arts Of Belgium. The Contract Includes: The Design Of An Artistic Scenographic Framework For The New Semi-Permanent Presentation Of The Collections Within Four Important Parts Of The Buildings Of The Royal Museums Of Fine Arts Of Belgium: The Balat Building, The Gresham Building, The Argenteau Building And The Forum. The Design Of A Scenographic Framework For The Connecting Areas To Other Rooms Housing Collection Presentations And Exhibitions, Semi-Permanent Or Not, In The Same Scenographic Spirit And The Same Continuity. This Concerns In Particular The Route Leading To The Magritte Museum And The Connection With The Temporary Exhibition Rooms On Level -4. The Development Of A Scenographic Charter (“Spatial Design Toolkit”) Defining The Fundamental Principles Of The Scenographic Approach And Vision. This Charter Defines In Particular The Use Of Materials, The Working Method And The Execution And Finishing Guidelines And Serves As A Structural Guide For Future Scenographic Applications (In Particular The Meunier Museum, The Wiertz Museum, Temporary Exhibitions And The New Exhibition Rooms In The Planned Extensions). The Realization, As The Materialization Of The Project, As Well As The Coordination And Monitoring Of The Artistic Scenographic Framework For The New Semi-Permanent Presentation Of The Collection Within Four Important Parts Of The Buildings Of The Royal Museums Of Fine Arts Of Belgium: The Balat Building, The Gresham Building, The Argenteau Building And The Forum.
