Non-Hazardous Refuse And Waste Treatment And Disposal Services – Valorization And Treatment Of The Flow Of Rubble And Debris From The Sictom Nord Allier Recycling Centers. The Purpose Of This Contract Is The Control, Reception, Screening, Recovery And Treatment Of Rubble And Excavated Material From The Nine Sictom Nord Allier Recycling Centers At A Rate Of Approximately 4,500 Tonnes Per Year. It Defines The Technical And Organizational Conditions Relating To The Evacuation Of Waste, Their Direction To Approved Treatment Or Recovery Channels, As Well As The Traceability Of Flows To Their Final Destination. In The Event That The Sorting Site Is Located More Than 50 Km From The Head Office Of Sictom Nord Allier (03230 Chézy), The Holder Will Be Required To Offer A Transfer Dock Less Than 50 Km Away And To Take Charge Of Transporting The Waste To The Treatment Facilities. The Holder Must Ensure That The Transfer Dock Has All The Appropriate Material Means, In Sufficient Number, And Must Justify The Means Implemented In The Event Of An Operating Incident. It Must Provide All The Characteristics And Technical Elements Of This Installation And Indicate The Actions Implemented To Avoid Any Risk Of Flight. An Up-To-Date Operating Declaration Must Be Attached To The Candidates Response
