The Object Of This Mixed Contract Is The Supply, In The Form Of Lease Without Purchase Option, And Installation Of Prefabricated Modules Intended To House Different Facilities In The Fuencarral-El Pardo District. The Purpose Of The Contract Also Includes The Transportation Of The Modules To Their Final Location, The Execution Of The Work Necessary For Their Correct Implementation And Installation, The Performance Of Maintenance And Conservation Tasks Throughout The Duration Of The Contract And, Once This Is Completed, Their Dismantling, Removal And Transportation Outside The Municipal Facilities.
