Software Supply Services - It - Healthcare Severity Tool. The Objective Of This Procedure Is The Implementation Of A Digital Solution That Allows The Level Of Care And Staffing Of A Department To Be Displayed Objectively, Clearly And Visually Via Dashboards. Based On The Insights And Planning Suggestions Provided, Head Nurses, Mobile Team Managers, Care Managers And Management Can Make Well-Founded Decisions About Staff Allocation On A Daily Basis (Operational Planning). A Request For Help Can Be Sent By (Head) Nurses Via The Solution. Decisions Made Can Then Also Be Documented And Communicated. In Addition, The Solution Must Also Be Suitable For Supporting Tactical And Strategic Decision-Making Via Dashboards With Historical Data, Including By Making Trends In Care Intensity, Staff Deployment And Capacity Visible. In This First Phase, The Chosen Solution Must: • Offer A User-Friendly Dashboard In Which The Level Of Care And Staffing Are Displayed Visually And Clearly; • Based On Available Data - Including The Number Of Available Employees And Information About The Knowledge And Skills Of These Employees (Diploma: Vvaz, Basic Nurse, Healthcare Expert; Employed Department(S)) - Formulate Suggestions For Optimal Staff Deployment, Including: • Where The Use Of The Mobile Team Is Appropriate, • And Where Departments Can Support Each Other; • Allow (Head) Nurses To Actively Request Help Via The Platform, Check Which Requests For Help Have Already Been Sent Out For The Department, Contact Employees With An Adjusted Work Schedule And Document Final Decisions; • Make Maximum Use Of Existing And Current Data* To Limit The Registration Burden For Employees And To Guarantee Objectivity; • Can Be Initially Deployed To Support The Daily Planning Of Nursing Departments (C, D, E, G, M, Sp), With The Possibility Of Later Expansion Hospital-Wide; • Used By Head Nurses, Day Managers, Care Managers And Management; • Be Accessible Via Both Desktop And Mobile Applications. --------------- In A Second Phase (Outside The Scope Of The Current Tender), The Aim Is To: • Further Automate Personnel Planning; • Realize A Hospital-Wide Rollout, Outside The Traditional Nursing Departments And Including Healthcare Logistics Employees; • Changes In Personnel Planning Can Be Automatically Forwarded To The Hospitals Official Planning Software (Saga). This Second Phase Should Ultimately Allow The Translation Of Insight And Advice Into A (Semi-)Automated Daily Planning And Allocation Of Nurses Responsible For General Care (Vvaz; Bachelors Degree In Nursing), Basic Nurses (Hbo5/A2) And Healthcare Professionals About Early, Late, Night And Weekend Shifts, According To Organization-Wide Rules And Parameters.
