The Object Of The Contract Consists In The Acquisition Of Guard And Surveillance Services Within The Romanian Car Registry - R.A. For The Merisani Testing Field, Argeș County, According To The Requirements Specified In The Descriptive Documentation. The Requirements In The Specifications Are Minimum And Mandatory. In This Sense, Any Service Offer That Deviates From The Provisions Of The Specification Or Presents Services With Inferior Characteristics To Those Provided For In It Or That Do Not Meet The Requirements Imposed In It, Will Be Rejected As Non-Compliant. The Acquisition Will Be Completed By Concluding A Framework Agreement With A Single Economic Operator, For A Period Of 48 Months. Given That The Award Documentation Contains A Minimum Set Of Specific Information Regarding Estimates Of The Minimum And Maximum Quantities That Could Be Requested During The Entire Framework Agreement, As Well As Estimates Of The Minimum And Maximum Quantities That Could Be The Subject Of A Single Subsequent Contract Among Those To Be Awarded During The Framework Agreement, We Emphasize That These Minimum And Maximum Quantities That The Contracting Authority Initially Establishes In The Award Documentation And Subsequently In The Framework Agreement Represent Estimates Of Quantities That Could Be Requested During The Entire Framework Agreement And Not The Exact Quantities That Will Be Purchased, The Latter May Be Lower, Equal Or Higher Compared To The Estimated Ones, Depending On The Real Needs Of The Contracting Authority. The Promisor-Acquirer Reserves The Right/Option To Supplement The Quantity Estimated At The Level Of The Award Documentation By Up To A Maximum Of 10% Of The Maximum Quantity For The Framework Agreement/Subsequent Contract, For Each Category Of Services Separately. The Price Of The Services That Will Be Additionally Purchased Based On The Revision Clause Will Be That Of The Financial Proposal Underlying The Framework Agreement (Adjusted As The Case May Be According To The Adjustment Formula), And The Time Period In Which This Option Will Be Used By The Promisor-Acquirer Is For The Entire Validity Period Of The Framework Agreement/Subsequent Contract.
