Work Detail
Automation System – Supervision Control Systems On Vessels. The Defense Forces Is Requesting Your Offer For The Control System For The Control Of Ships In Accordance With This Request For Tender And The Attachments. The Monitoring Control System Implemented For The Navys Ships Is Part Of The Ships Safety Monitoring System. The Systems Sensors Detect Changes In Conditions, Based On Which An Alarm Is Sent To The Lenel Safety Monitoring System And The Gsm Router. The System Can Be Used To Control Alarm Groups, Sensors, Condition Limits And A Gsm Router. The System Includes An Industrial Automation System And A Graphical User Interface. The Control Industrial Automation System Must Be Integrated Into The Lenel Safety Control System. In Practice, The Supplier Programmatically Implements A Graphical User Interface For The Touch Screen. The Bidding Includes - System Components - Graphic User Interface Description And System Documentation - Graphical User Interface Software Implementation - Lenel Integration (Lenel Access Control Procurement Is Done With An Existing Contract) - System Installations Including Pictures - User Training At The Customers Premises The Object Of The Procurement Is A System For Five Ships And An Additional Four Option Ships. The Customer Can Redeem The Option In Whole Or In Part During The Contract Period Or Not Redeem It At All. The Procurements Will Be Carried Out By Target For The Supplier In The Period Between 2026-2030. Technical Implementation The System Is Based On An Automation System That Connects Condition Sensors And The Lenel Safety Monitoring System. The Automation System Can Be Implemented With The Products Described In Appendix 3 Or Similar Products. In The Lenel Integration, The Output Card Of The Automation System Transmits The Alarm To The Lenel Input Card (Appendix 7. Port Monitoring System Block Diagram). The Graphical User Interface With Its Functions Is Described In Appendices 8 And 9. To Ensure The Desired End Result, The Appearance And Functions Of The User Interface Are Reviewed (Appendix 2. Specification Of Requirements) Together With The Customer At The Beginning And End Of The Work. The Delivery Must Include System Documentation (Appendix 2. Specification Of Requirements), Such As A Description Of The User Interface, User Manual, Connection Diagrams, Electrical Drawings, Etc. Technical Documents. The Offer Must Include User Training At The Customers Premises (On Board) For One Day/Ordered Vessel. This Training (Incl. Mileage Allowances, Daily Allowance, Accommodation, Etc.) Is Included In The Price Of The Implemented System. The Installation Work Requires Marine Electrical Installation Capability, Which The Supplier Must Have Either On His Own Or Acquired From The Installation Contractor. The Language Of Execution Of The Contract Is Finnish. Personnel Working Under The Contract Are Required To Have Fluent Written And Spoken Finnish. Work On Ships Must Be Performed On Weekdays From 8 A.M. To 4 P.M. The Implementation Of The Procurement Requires The Supplier To Obtain Basic Employee Safety Clearances, Which The Customer Obtains For The Supplier, And The Supplier, In Turn, Obtains For Its Subcontractors.
