Janitorial Services – Corporate Concierge Service On Behalf Of The Cea Center Of Valduc. This Contract Concerns The Provision Of Concierge Services On Behalf Of The Cea Center Of Valduc. The Market Is Established With, At A Minimum, The Following Services (Which Will Then Be Enriched With Opportunity Files Presented): - Delivery Of Baskets Of Fresh Vegetables And Fruits On Order, - Delivery Of Classic Or Special Breads On Order, - Delivery Of Dairy Products (Cheeses, Yogurts, Etc.) On Order, - Delivery Of Butchery Products On Order, - Dry Cleaning, Ironing, Sewing And Alterations, - Shoe Repair: Shoe Repair, Reproduction Of Keys, - Collection And Collection Of Packages At A Relay Point, - Boutique Of First-Use Emergency Products: Hygiene Products, Handkerchiefs, Tights, Ties, Bandages, Umbrella, Everyday Products, Etc., - Shop For Food Products: Coffee, Tea, Honey, Artisanal Specialties, Etc., - Promoting Local Artisans, - Connecting Service Providers: Childcare, Cleaning, Maintenance Of Green Spaces, Educational Support, Various Repairs, Etc., - Support For Administrative And Medical Procedures, - Reception Point For Lost Or Found Objects On The Site Under Conditions, - Luggage Storage Service, - Collaboration With The Sites Associations. The Valduc Center Has 2 Concierge Areas. The Number Of Potential Users Is 2,000 People. The Contract Is Planned For A Period Of 36 Firm Months. Optionally: - The Cea Can Extend The Contract For A Period Of 24 Additional Months, Split Into 12-Month Increments, - A Reversibility Phase At The Start Of The Contract, - A Reversibility Phase At The End Of The Contract.
