The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Introduction And Use Of A Dynamic Purchasing System In The Sense Of § 138 Et Seq. Zzvz (Hereinafter Referred To As Dns) For An Indefinite Period. The Subject Of The Partial Public Contracts Awarded In Dns Will Be The Supply Of Tablets And Their Accessories, Namely Styluses, Cases For Tablets With Keyboards And Cases For Tablets Without Keyboards. The Detailed Specification Of The Goods That Will Be The Subject Of Fulfillment Of Partial Public Contracts Awarded In Dns Is Given In Appendix No. 1 Of The Procurement Documentation – Catalog Of Goods. The Specification Of Goods That Will Be In Demand During The Duration Of The Dns Will Be Continuously Updated With Regard To Market Developments And The Needs Of The Contracting Authority.
