Architectural, Construction, Engineering And Inspection Services – New Building Ogs Primary School Brektehegel, Property Planning Building. The Construction Of A New Building At The Brektehegel Primary School (Gsb) To Expand The Area For The Open All-Day School (Ogs) Is To Be Planned And Structurally Implemented. Recently The Name Of The Elementary School Was Changed. The School Was Previously Called Emil Nolde School (Ens). According To The Ogs Submission To The Carl Orff School (Cos) From 2019, An Identical Building Must Be Built. A Funding Application For The Measure Was Approved. The Project Costs Are Largely Funded. The New Building Is Scheduled To Be Completed By The End Of 2027. From August 2026 There Is A Legal Right To A Place In The Ogs. Until The End Of 2027, The Demand For The Gsb Can Still Be Covered Within The Existing Areas. Based On The Building Built In 2019, Which Was Used As The Basis For The Funding, The New Building For The Brektehegel Primary School Will Also Be Constructed Using A Timber Frame Construction. The Tga Planning Must Be Carried Out For Lph 1 To 3 And 5 To 9. Due To The Existing Building Permit, Lph 4 Is Not Required. With Regard To The Construction, The Aim Is To Award Contracts On A Lot-By-Job Basis (By Trade), In Which Individual Lots Can Be Combined In A Meaningful Way If Technical And/Or Economic Reasons Require This. // The City Of Bargteheide Passed A Resolution On Climate Neutrality By 2035 In The City Council On April 21, 2022. A Climate Action Plan From 2019 Is Currently In Effect (See Appendix). There Is A Resolution From The City Council Dated October 27, 2022, With Guiding Ideas For Sustainable Land-Use Planning (See Appendix). The Currently Valid Ewkg Applies To All Construction Projects. By Resolution Of The City Council On September 28, 2023, The City Of Bargteheide Is Obliged As A Sub-Center To Draw Up A Municipal Cooling And Heating Plan In Accordance With The Ewkg And, Since The Beginning Of 2025, Also In Accordance With The Wpg (Federal Heat Planning Act). A Preliminary Final Report Is Available. There Is A Tree Protection Statute In Bargteheide. On March 27, 2025, A Concept For Rainwater Retention Was Approved (See Appendix). The Estimated Construction Costs Of The Property Planning Are €1,004,202 Net For Cost Group 300 And €325,210 Net For Cost Group 400. The Subject Of The Award Procedure Are Planning Services With The Service Profile Of Property Planning In Accordance With Hoai § 34 Buildings And Interiors, Lph 5-9 Including Special Services. The Commissioning Takes Place In Stages. For This Purpose, Offices That Cover The Above-Mentioned Range Of Services And Have Implemented Comparable Measures In The Past Are Invited To Take Part In The Competition.
