Document Management System – Construction Of The Sodir 3.0 Subsidy And Refund Management System, Including Technical Assistance, Maintenance And Development. 4.1. The Subject Of The Order Is: 4.1.1. Task No. 1 [Under The Basic Order] - Execution Of Work In The Form Of Implementation, The Result Of Which Will Be The Creation And Launch Of A Functioning Sodir 3.0 Financing And Reimbursement Service System That Meets The Requirements Described In The Ppu, Including The Opz. Task No. 1 Is Divided Into The Following Stages: 4.1.1.1. Stage 1 – Functional Analysis Of The Sodir System 3.0, 4.1.1.2. Stage 2 - Construction Of The Sodir 3.0 System. In Stage 2, The Contractor Will Migrate Data From The Sodir 2.0 And Pawor System To The Sodir 3.0 System; 4.1.1.3. Stage 3 – Implementation Workshops, 4.1.1.4. Stage 4 – Production Start And Stabilization Of The Sodir 3.0 System In The Production Environment; 4.1.1.5. Stage 5 – As-Built Documentation Of The Sodir 3.0 System. 4.1.2. Tasks No. 2 - Provision Of Technical Assistance And Maintenance Services Of The Sodir 3.0 System. To The Extent And In The Manner Described In The Ppu And Opz, As Part Of The Basic Order And As Part Of The Options. 4.1.3. Task No. 3 - Providing Modification And Development Of The Sodir 3.0 System Within The Maximum Limit Of 60,000 Man-Hours. Task No. 3 Will Be Implemented In The Option. Hereinafter Referred To As The Subject Of The Agreement, Subject Of The Order. 4.1.4. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Also Undertakes To: 4.1.4.1. Provide The Ordering Party With A Guarantee And Warranty Under The Conditions Described In Detail In Paragraph 12 Of Annex No. 2 To The Swz; 4.1.4.2. Transfer To The Ordering Party The Proprietary Rights And Dependent Rights To The Works Produced Or Delivered During The Execution Of The Agreement On The Terms And Conditions Described In Detail In Paragraph 18 Of Appendix No. 2 To The Swz; 4.1.4.3. Provide The Ordering Party With A License To Use The Works, On The Terms And Conditions Described In Detail In Paragraph 18 Of Appendix No. 2 To The Swz. 4.1.5. The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Including Atik, Mr And The Method Of Their Implementation Are Specified In The Provisions Of The Agreement (Appendix No. 2 To The Swz), In Particular Opz (Appendix No. 1 To The Agreement) Together With The Annexes. 4.1.6. For The Avoidance Of Doubt, The Parties Confirm That In The Scope Of Implementation, The Ordering Partys Interest Will Be Satisfied Only As A Result Of Providing It With A Complete, Fully Functional Sodir 3.0 System Together With Post-Implementation Documentation, Which Constitutes A Work Of Art - And Only In Such A Case Will The Agreement In The Scope Of Implementation Be Properly Performed. 4.1.7. Details Regarding The Options Can Be Found In The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement, Which Will Be Introduced Into The Content Of The Public Procurement Agreement Hereinafter Referred To As Ppu. 4.2. The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Method Of Its Implementation Are Included In Appendix No. 1 To The Swz With Attachments Description Of The Subject Of The Order With Attachments (Hereinafter Referred To As Opz) And In Appendix No. 2 To The Swz (Ppu). 4.3. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ, Under An Employment Contract, A Person/Persons Performing/Performing Activities Related To Ongoing Service, In Particular Consisting Of Receiving And Registerin
