Work Detail
Exhibition Equipment – Construction And Modernization Of Permanent Exhibitions In The Upper Silesian Museum In Bytom. 1. The Subject Of The Procedure And Order Is The Construction And Modernization Of Permanent Exhibitions In The Upper Silesian Museum In Bytom: - Construction Of The Third Part Of The Nature Exhibition City And Modernization Of Existing Sectors, - Construction Of A Permanent Ethnographic Exhibition, - Construction Of A Permanent Archaeological Exhibition. 2. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. The Reason For Not Dividing The Contract Into Parts Is The Close Functional, Organizational, Technological And Executive Connection Of All Elements Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Order Covers The Construction And Modernization Of Permanent Exhibitions In One Museum Facility, As Part Of One Investment Project, While Maintaining Conceptual, Aesthetic, Technical And Functional Coherence Of The Entire Exhibition. Individual Exhibitions, Even Though They Are Located On Different Floors Of The Building, Must Create A Uniform Exhibition Standard, Including: Arrangement, Scenography, Multimedia, Lighting, Information Solutions And Equipment Elements. Dividing The Order Into Parts Could Cause Significant Difficulties In Coordinating Work Carried Out In Parallel In One Facility, In Particular In Terms Of Schedule, Delivery Logistics, Assembly, Commissioning Of Multimedia And Lighting Systems And Acceptance. Execution Of The Order By Several Independent Contractors Would Increase The Risk Of Organizational And Technical Collisions, Dispersion Of Responsibility For The Proper Execution Of Individual Elements Of The Exhibition, And Would Also Make It Difficult To Pursue Claims Under Guarantee And Warranty In The Event Of Discovery Of Defects At The Interface Between The Scopes Performed By Different Contractors. The Ordering Party Decided That For The Correct, Timely And Proper Execution Of The Order, It Is Necessary To Entrust All The Works To One Contractor Who Will Be Responsible For Comprehensive Coordination, Execution, Assembly, Integration, Commissioning And The Final Functional And Visual Effect Of The Exhibitions. The Lack Of Dividing The Contract Into Lots Is Therefore Justified By The Nature Of The Subject Of The Contract And The Need To Ensure Uniform Responsibility Of The Contractor For The Entire Contract, And This Decision Is Not Intended To Restrict Competition, But To Ensure Efficient Implementation Of The Project And Obtain A Coherent, Complete And Fully Functional End Result. 3. The Description And Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex A To The Swz, The Annexes Of Which Are The Design Documentation For Each Exhibition.
