It Includes In Particular The Design And Construction Of The Cable Transport System, Stations, The Park And Ride, Associated Facilities As Well As The New Interchange Point With The Rn90. Given The Technical Complexity Of The Project, The Multiplicity Of Interfaces And The Particularly Strong Calendar Constraints, The Procedure Adopted Is That Of Competitive Dialogue (L.2124-4 Of The Public Procurement Code And R.2161-24 To R.2161-31 Of The Public Procurement Code) In Order To Construct, With The Candidates Admitted To The Dialogue, The Most Relevant Technical Solution With Regard To The Functional, Technical, Environmental And Economic Objectives Of The Operation. The Market Takes The Form Of A Global Design-Production Market. It Includes A Firm Tranche, Covering The Design And Construction Services Of The Work In Accordance With The Program, As Well As An Optional Tranche Relating To The Transition Of The Transport System To Its Final Capacity Of 2,600 People Per Hour And Per Direction.
