The Subject Of This Contract Is The Provision Of Construction Supervision Services Within The Construction: Malcov – Lenartov – Sewerage And Sewage Treatment Plant (Hereinafter Referred To As Construction). According To The Conditions Agreed In The Contract, The Successful Tenderer Will Supervise The Execution Of Work On The Construction In Accordance With The Contract For The Work Concluded Between The Contracting Authority And The Contractor Of The Construction So That All Work On The Construction Is Carried Out In Accordance With Generally Binding Legal Regulations, Stn And Technical Specifications, Within The Specified Time And Within The Price Agreed In The Contract For The Work And In Compliance With The Conditions Determined By The Contract For The Work. 2.
