Architectural, Construction, Engineering And Inspection Services - Framework Contracts For Elt Construction Sites Of The Max Planck Society For The Advancement Of Science, Property Vasb - Münster (Mpi: Vasb). The Max Planck Society For The Advancement Of Science (Mpg) Is A Non-Profit Research Organization Funded Primarily By Public Funds. It Currently Maintains And Operates 84 Institutes And Other Research Facilities Across Germany Of Various Sizes, Structures And Tasks, Which Are Primarily Dedicated To Basic Research In The Natural Sciences And Humanities. The Subject Of The Service To Be Awarded Is Engineering Services In The Area Of ​​Elt Technology For Technical Branches Of The General Administration Of The Max Planck Society. The Contract Is Concluded As A Framework Agreement In Accordance With Section 21 Vgv. The Subject Of The Award Procedure Includes The Engineering Services To Be Provided As A So-Called “Technical Branch” In The Area Of ​​Elt Technology As Part Of The Ongoing Construction Maintenance, Repair And Repair Of The Technical Building Equipment And Systems In Accordance With The Draft Contract Provided. The Contractual Services Are Based On Sections 53 – 56 Hoai. The Technical Branch Supports The Max Planck Society In The Maintenance Of Its Buildings. Building Maintenance Is Carried Out In Accordance With The Guidelines Of The Max Planck Society For Building Maintenance. When Providing Services, Not Only The Special Requirements Of The Highly Installed Buildings And The Corresponding Technical Systems, But Also The Usual Work Processes In Research And Science Must Be Taken Into Account. In This Respect, The Max Planck Society Not Only Attaches Importance To The Fact That Applicants Can Demonstrate In-Depth Knowledge In The Field Of Science And Research, But Also Have Experience In Carrying Out Maintenance And Repair Measures During Ongoing Operations. The Services To Be Provided Must At Least Correspond To The Generally Recognized Rules Of Technology And Meet All The Necessary Requirements For Cost-Effectiveness, Energy Efficiency And Sustainability. By Submitting The Application To Participate, The Applicants Declare That They Are Able To Provide The Services Within The Specified Period And, In Particular, That They Have The Necessary Technical, Personnel, Material And Time Resources. The Special Requirements For The Provision Of Services May Make It Necessary To Be Available Frequently/At Short Notice For Coordination Discussions On Site Or In Munich At The Request Of The Client.
