The Project Is Financed Under The Health Program - Investments In The Infrastructure Of Public Health Units For Medical Recovery/Rehabilitation (Less Developed Regions), Call For Projects No. Ps/486/Ps_P2/Op4/Rso4.5/Ps_P2_Rso4.5_A4. The General Objective Of The Project Is To Increase The Quality Of Rehabilitation And Medical Recovery Services Offered By The Cluj-Napoca Clinical Recovery Hospital Through Investments In Hospital Infrastructure And The Provision Of Specific Equipment. The Specific Objective Of The Project Is To Improve Medical Recovery And Rehabilitation Services By Rehabilitating, Modernizing, Expanding And Equipping The Cluj-Napoca Clinical Recovery Hospital. The Project Includes Expansion And Storey Works Of The C13 Body, The Construction Of A Walkway Connecting The Main Body Of The Hospital To The C13 Body, Intervention Works In Order To Comply With Fire Safety Requirements, The Provision Of The Latest Generation Medical Equipment And The Development Of The Digital Infrastructure Of The Health Unit. The Estimated Value Of The Works Contract Results From The General Budget Regarding The Expenses Necessary To Realize The Project And Is In The Amount Of 17,240,337.87 Lei Without Vat. The Amount Related To Miscellaneous And Unforeseen Expenses Is Not Included In The Estimated Value Of The Contract. Miscellaneous And Contingencies May Be Used In Accordance With Public Procurement Legislation That Refers To Contractual Changes Occurring During Execution.
