The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Supply And Installation Of Photovoltaic Power Plants On The Roofs Of The Buildings Of Individual Organizations According To Appendix No. 3 Of The Tender Conditions - The List Of Organizations In The Form Of Design And Build, Including The Training Of Responsible Employees Of The Contracting Authority. The Owner Of The Buildings Is The Hradec Králové Region, And The Pv Plant Will Be Used For The Production Of Electricity, Which Will Be Consumed Within The Operation Of Individual Buildings With Permitted Overflows Of Unused Electricity Into The Distribution System And Will Be Used For Sharing. The Subject Of The Work Is Also The Adjustment Of The Sampling Points And Lps, If The Situation On The Spot Requires It. The Starting Basis For The Preparation Of The Offer Are Studies Of The Construction Technical Solution And Energy Assessments For Individual Organizations, Which Are Annexes No. 4 And No. 5 Of This Tender Documentation (For The Building Kd Niva Trutnov, A Pd For The Implementation Of The Construction Has Already Been Drawn Up, Which Serves As A Basis For The Preparation Of The Offer - Similarly To The Study That Is Part Of Annex No. 6 Of This Tender Documentation). The Technical Solutions In The Above Documents Are Only Suggested Solutions. The Client Does Not Prescribe A Specific Technical Solution For The Work. However, The Performances Of The Individual Pv Plants According To The Above-Mentioned Annex Should Be Observed At Least As A Minimum Due To The Submitted Application For Subsidy. In Case Of Proof Of A Possible Increase In The Capacity Of The Pv Plant Under Construction, This Initiative Will Be Resolved With The Contracting Authority. The Public Contract Will Be Divided Into Two Phases – In The First Phase, The Selected Contractor Will Provide Project Documentation To Such A Degree And Quality That Will Enable The Issuance Of A Building Permit, Including Securing The Opinions Of All Affected Entities, Even If The Pv Plant Is Not Subject To A Building Permit. The Contractor Will Also Ensure The Opinion Of St. Office That The Pv Plant Is Not Subject To A Building Permit, Otherwise It Will Ensure The Submission Of An Application For The Issuance Of A Building Permit. In The Second Phase, The Selected Contractor Will Ensure The Complete, Functional And Faultless Execution Of All Construction And Assembly Work, Including The Supply Of The Necessary Materials And Equipment Necessary For The Proper Completion Of The Work. These Activities Are Defined In Detail In The Contract For The Work, Which Is Appendix No. 2 Of These Terms And Conditions, And Will Further Be Defined In The Prepared Project Documentation Of The Supplier.
