The Task Of The Successful Tenderer Is To Transport Hazardous Waste Material Produced In The Flue Gas Cleaning Equipment Belonging To The Boiler Of Polgári Erőmű Kft., Delivered By The Customer, And To Comply With The Rules And Conditions Of Waste Disposal And Certain Rules And Conditions Related To The Landfill. (Iv. 5.) Handing Over To A Landfill With Technical Protection Of Classification C According To § 4, Paragraph (3) Point C) Of The Kvvm Decree For The Purpose Of Disposal. The Planned Amount Of Waste To Be Transported: 1,500,000 +- 30% Kg Of Filter Ash / Year, Of Which The Bidder Undertakes To Deliver 1,050,000 Kg Of Filter Ash. The Expected Delivery Capacity Requirement: Minimum 15,000 Kg/Planned Delivery/Occasion, (Based On A Specific Case Order). The Filter Ash Is Classified With The Code Number 10 01 18* Waste Containing Hazardous Substances From The Purification Of Gases, The Disposal Of Which Is Governed By The 20/2006 On The Landfill And Certain Rules And Conditions Related To The Landfill. (Iv. 5.) It Takes Place At A Landfill Equipped With Technical Protection Of Classification C According To § 4, Paragraph (3), Point C) Of The Kvvm Decree. During Performance, The Successful Tenderer Must Provide The Loading Machine That Places The Filter Ash Removed From The Storage Silo Into A Big-Bag Or An Equivalent Bag Into The Transport Container, As Well As A Multi-Lift Transport Truck In Accordance With The Legal Requirements For The Waste To Be Transported, And Qualified Professionals (Operating Personnel) With The Rights Prescribed By The Law To Fulfill Its Obligations Under The Contract In A Timely Manner, And Also Undertakes That The Tasks Arising From The Contract It Is Performed In Accordance With The Regulations Laid Down In The Professional Legislation Related To The Activity. The Successful Tenderer Must Have A Valid Environmental Protection Liability Insurance For The Activities To Be Carried Out Within The Scope Of The Contract, With A Compensation Limit Of At Least Huf 35 Million, Which Must Be Maintained Continuously During The Term Of The Contract (Contract Conclusion Condition). Hazardous Waste Is Transferred Into A Big-Bag Or An Equivalent Bag From The Power Plants 2 Silos Of 160 And 60 M³ Through The Connectors Designed For This Purpose.
