A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And Annex No. 3 To The Swz - Template Of The Framework Agreement. The Ordering Party Will Conclude A Framework Agreement With A Maximum Of 5 Contractors Who Submit The Most Advantageous Offers. If Less Than 5 Non-Rejectionable Offers Are Received In The Procedure, The Ordering Party Will Conclude A Framework Agreement With All Contractors.
