The Consultation Concerns The Services Designated Below: Control Of The Work For The Extension And Exterior Developments Of The Seize Fontaines De Saint-Zacharie College Funding For The Service Is Provided By The Departmental Budget. As Part Of The Services Covered By This Contract, The Holder Is Required To Respect And Apply The Regulations And Standards In Force. The Part Of The Forecast Financial Envelope Allocated To The Work Is 1,772,400 Euro(S) Excluding Tax (Value March 2026). The Contract Was Awarded Following A Procedure With Negotiation In Application Of Article L. 2124-3 Of The Public Procurement Code. In Accordance With Article R. 2124-3 3° Of The Same Code, The Design Services Which Constitute A Significant Part Of This Contract Justify The Use Of This Procedure. In Accordance With Article R.2172-2 6° Of The Public Procurement Code, The Choice Not To Use The Competition Purchasing Technique Is Justified By The Fact That This Contract Is Concluded By A Local Authority Acting As Contracting Authority, And Which Responds To A Need Whose Amount Is Less Than 300,000 Euros Excluding Taxes.
