Auxiliary Insurance Services – Collective Insurance Contract With Compulsory Membership For Agents Of The Yonne Departmental Council. In Accordance With Law No. 2025-1251 Of December 22, 2025 And Decree No. 2022-581 Of April 20, 2022, The Purpose Of This Contract Is The Implementation Of A Participation Agreement With Compulsory Membership Relating To The Establishment Of Additional Pension Coverage For The Benefit Of Agents Of The Yonne Departmental Council. The Compulsory Insurance Guarantees Are The Risk Of Incapacity For Work And The Risk Of Invalidity. The Optional Pension Guarantees Are The Risk Of Loss Of Pension And The Death Guarantee. The Special Conditions Are Specified In Article 7 Of The Specifications Of Special Clauses (Ccp).
