Provision Of Services To The Community – Projectwerking - Buurtwerk Zaventem En Sint - Stevens - Woluwe - October 2026 - September 2032. The Municipal Council Wants To Focus On Increasing Opportunities So That All Residents Of The Municipality Actively Participate In Local, Economic And Cultural Life. As Part Of This Policy, The Municipality Of Zaventem Focuses On Neighborhood Initiatives That Strengthen Social Cohesion, Improve The Living Environment And Promote Citizen Participation. This Concerns The Continuation Of The Current Community Work In Zaventem As Well As The Start-Up Of Community Work In Sint-Stevens-Woluwe. This Amounts To A Total Of 3Fte. Community Work In Zaventem Has Been Built Up And Grown In Phases. The Initial Government Contract For Community Work (1 Fte Community Worker) Has Been Started For Many Years In July 2019 And Will End On September 30, 2027. The Zaventem Neighborhood Work Was Further Expanded (In The Context Of The Samenleven Plan) With 1 Additional Fte Community Worker. This Cooperation Agreement Runs Until September 30, 2026. For Optimal And Coordinated Operation In Community Work, It Is Advisable To Award The Assignment For Community Work For 3 Fte Community Workers To 1 Contractor. However, Given The Phased Start-Up, For The Initially Started Community Work In Zaventem (1 Fte), The Current Cooperation Agreement With An External Partner Will In Principle Run Until September 30, 2027. As For The Government Assignment Regarding The Other 2 Community Workers (Total: 2 Fte), This Will Start On October 1, 2026. Based On The Above, This Assignment Will Start On October 1, 2026 For 2 Fte. Community Workers (1 Fte Zaventem And 1 Fte Sint-Stevens-Woluwe), Respectively 1 October 2027 (1 Fte Zaventem) With Regard To The First Government Contract, But This Government Contract Will End For All 3 Community Workers (3 Fte) No Later Than 30 September 2032.
