Discussion Of Documentation For Building Permits And Necessary Assessments With State Administration Authorities And Other Participants In The Procedure, B. Representation Of The Principal In The Construction Procedure Conducted At The Building Authority, Including The Submission Of An Application, Or Filing An Appeal Against The First-Instance Decision And Accepting The Decision And Confirming The Validity Of The Decision. 3) Documentation For The Execution Of Construction (Hereinafter Referred To As Dps) As Part Of The Dps Documentation, The Non-Awarded And Awarded Itemized Construction Budget (In The Formats Specified By The Contract) Will Be Processed, Broken Down By Building Objects In The Details Set By The Zzvz, And Especially According To Implementing Decree No. 169/2016 Coll., In Valid And Effective Wording.
