Building-Inspection Services – Technical Supervision Of The Builder (Tds) For The Construction Of The Terminál Vod In Jablonec Nad Nisou. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Provision Of Comprehensive Performance Of The Technical Supervision Of The Builder (Hereinafter Referred To As Tds) During The Implementation Of The Construction Named Terminál Vod In Jablonec Nad Nisou (Hereinafter Also Referred To As Construction Or Work). Tds Will Be Implemented In The Following Phases Of The Construction: Phase A. Pre-Implementation Phase - Tds Activity Before The Start Of Construction Implementation Phase B. Implementation Phase - Tds Activity During Construction Implementation Phase C. Construction Commissioning/Test Operation/Construction Approval Phase D. Engineering Activity During The Construction Warranty Period Tds Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority Defined In This Zd And In Accordance With Act No. 283/2021 Coll., Building Act (Hereinafter Referred To As Building Act), As Amended. Technical Supervision Must Be Performed By A Natural Person Authorized Under Act No. 360/1992 Coll. On The Exercise Of The Profession Of Authorized Architects And On The Exercise Of The Profession Of Authorized Engineers And Technicians Active In Construction, As Amended (Hereinafter Referred To As The Authorization Act). The Client Requires The Performance Of The Tds Service According To The Standard Defined In The Čkait Methodological Instruction Mp 3.2 - Performance Of Technical Supervision Of The Builder (Https://Profesis.Ckait.Cz/Dokumenty-Ckait/Mp-3-2/). Tds Will Cover The Material Scope Of The Entire Construction Project According To The Conditions Specified In The Tender Documentation Of The Public Contract For The Construction Contractor (See Appendix No. 4 - Link To The Profile Of The Contracting Authority In Nen, Where The Entire Tender Documentation Is Published, Including Drafts Of All Contracts Concluded With The Selected Construction Contractor).
