A General Contractor Contract For The New Construction Of The Tannenbusch School Center Is To Be Awarded Based On A Partially Functional Service Description. The New Replacement Building Is Planned On The Site Between The Existing High School, Three-Field Sports Hall And The Elementary School. The New Building Is Intended To Serve As A School Center To Accommodate The Combination Of The Secondary School And The High School In A Common Building. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Planning, Construction, Acceptance And Services Required To Put The Building Into Operation. In Order To Minimize The Risks During Implementation Within The Existing Spatially Cramped Situation And The Work During Ongoing School Operations, The Replacement New Building Was Planned Before Implementation In Accordance With The Lph1-5, Hoai Performance Profile And Checked For Implementation.
