The Subject Of The Performance Of The Public Contract Is The Delivery, Support And Development Of Software For The Complex Administration Of The Activities Of The Municipal Police Of Pardubice (Mpp). The Supplier Of The Subject Of Public Procurement Is A Supplier According To Act No. 264/2025 Coll., On Cyber Security, As Amended (Hereinafter Referred To As Zkb) And Decree No. 410/2025 Coll., On Security Measures Of Regulated Service Providers In The Regime Of Lower Obligations, As Amended (Hereinafter Referred To As Vkb). The Supplier Will Have To Comply With All Obligations Resulting From The Zkb, Vkb And Related Legal Regulations, Effective For The Duration Of The Performance Of The Subject Of The Public Contract.
