Data Transmission Services – Providing Data Transmission Services In The Form Of A Secure And Available Wan Vpls Access Network Compatible With The Ethernet Protocol. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Data Transmission Services (Hereinafter Also Referred To As: Wan Service Or Wan Vpls Service) By Providing, Configuring, Implementing And Maintaining, For The Period Of Service Provision, Infrastructure In The Form Of A Secure And Available Wan Access Network In Vpls Technology Compatible With The Ethernet Protocol, Available In The Locations (Judicial Units) Listed In Annex No. 2 To The Swz, With Technical Parameters, Properties And Functionalities Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting Appendix No. 1 Of The Swz. 2. As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Will Provide The Wan Vpls Service For Individual Locations As Follows: 2.1. The Contractor Will Establish A Link Using Fiber Optic Technology, Implement, Configure And Put Into Operation (Put Into Operation) A Wan Network Using Vpls Technology To The Extent Necessary To Service: A) 1 (One) Judicial Unit/Location (Hereinafter Also Referred To As A Location From Group 1), Specified In Item No. 1 Of Annex No. 2 To The Swz, For A Basic Link With A Capacity Of 10 Gb/S, B) 40 (Forty) Judicial Units/Locations (Hereinafter Also Referred To As Locations From Group 2), Specified In Item From No. 2 To 41 Of Annex No. 2 To Swz, For A Link With A Capacity Of 1 Gb/S; 2.2. Contractor For The Judicial Unit/Location Specified In Item No. 1 Of Annex No. 2 To The Swz For A Link With A Capacity Of 10 Gb/S Will Establish A Backup Link, Run Along A Route Geographically Separated From The Basic Link, Using Fiber Optic Technology, And Will Implement, Configure And Commission (Launch) A Wan Network Using Vpls Technology In The Backup Formula. 3. The Contractor Will Make Available The Infrastructure Created For The Purpose Of Implementing The Order In The Form Of A Secure And Available Wan Network In Vpls Technology Compatible With The Ethernet Protocol, Available In The Locations Indicated In Annex No. 2 To The Swz, For A Period Of 24 Months Starting From The Date Of Launch Of The Wan Service. 4. Throughout The Period Of Providing The Data Transmission Service, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Technical And Administrative Support Services, Including The Readiness Of Technical Services Throughout The Entire Period Of Providing The Wan Vpls Service, 24 Hours A Day, 7 Days A Week, 365 Days A Year - In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Appendix No. 1 To The Swz) And In The Contract Template (Appendix No. 7 To The Swz). 5. The Detailed Scope And Description Of The Subject Of The Procurement Is Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Procurement (Opz), Which After Concluding The Procurement Contract Will Constitute Annex No. 1 To The Contract.
