Az Turnhout And Az Herentals Currently Work With 2 Different External Services For Prevention And Protection At Work, But We Are Legally Obliged To Switch To 1 External Service For The Merged Hospital Az Kempen. Number Of Employees: 3,100 Az Turnhout: Approximately 2,250 Az Herentals: 850 Number Of Prevention Units (Pe): 2,500 Az Turnhout: Approximately 1,800 Az Herentals: 700 Current Content (Not Exhaustive): - Medical Examinations - Health Surveillance - Psychosocial Aspects - Company Visits And Screenings - Committee For Prevention And Protection At Work (Cpbw) - Employee Assistance Program (Eap) - Training - Occupational Safety - Occupational Hygiene/Measurements - Ergonomics - Policy The Object Of This Framework Agreement Is The Designation Of An External Service For Prevention And Protection At Work (Edpbw) In Application Of The Legislation: • Act Of 4 August 1996 On The Well-Being Of Employees In The Performance Of Their Work • Codex On Well-Being At Work, In Particular Book Ii, Title 3 The External Service For Prevention And Protection At Work And Book I, Title 4 Measures Relating To The Health Surveillance Of Workers. The Codex On Well-Being At Work Can Be Found On The Website Of The Fps Employment, Labor And Social Dialogue. This Procedure Consists Of Concluding A Framework Agreement With One Partner For Services With The Aim Of Appointing An External Service For Prevention And Protection At Work, For The Benefit Of The Merged Hospital Az Kempen. The Framework Agreement Is Valid For A Period Of 4 Years, To Be Extended Twice For 2 Years Each, Starting From January 1, 2026. The Estimated Maximum Value Of The Framework Agreement Is € 5,125,000 (Excl. Vat). This Estimated Maximum Value Is Purely Indicative And Does Not Bind The Board In Any Way. This Value Is Therefore Not An Indication Of The Tender Amount With Which Registration Can Be Made. The Contractor Cannot Claim Compensation If This Turnover Is Not Achieved.
