The Subject Of The Contract Is The Purchase Of Rail Balticas Regional Passenger Transport Rolling Stock With Accompanying Services, As Well As Rolling Stock Unit Options. The Technical Description Is Attached (Appendix 1). Each Supplier (Elron, Ltg, Vivi) Signs A Separate Contract With The Successful Bidder. Neither Ltg Nor Vivi Undertakes To Purchase The Rolling Stock By Entering Into The Contract, But Provides An Option For The Rolling Stock Based On The Same Technical Specification And The Same General Terms And Conditions (Appendix 2) As Elron, Except For The Specific Basic Terms And Conditions Of The Relevant Vendor (Appendices 2.1, 2.2 And 2.3). / Grounds For Elimination And Qualification Conditions: See The Basic Procurement Documents
