Persons Participating In The Proceedings, Including The Opening Of Offers: Tender Committee Appointed By The Order Of The Director Of Mzm. 5. Provisions Regarding Compliance With The Requirement Of Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law Are Regulated In The Draft Agreement, Which Constitutes Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 6. The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Awarding A Contract Involving The Repetition Of Similar Services Pursuant To Art. 214 Section 1 Point 7) Of The Public Procurement Law, On The Following Principles: A) The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility, Within A Period Of 3 Years From The Award Of The Basic Contract, To The Current Service Provider, To Award An Order Consisting In The Repetition Of Similar Services, I.E. Maintenance Of Greenery In The Castle Complex In Malbork, I.E. Activities Indicated In Section Vi Point. 3 (Table No. 1) Item 1 – 3 And Pos. 10 Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Which Constitutes Annex No. 1 To The Contract, In The Amount Of Up To 77.76% Of The Value Of The Basic Order, B) The Award Of The Contract Referred To Above May Take Place When There Is A Justified Need To Extend/Extend The Basic Order (Including, Among Others, Exhaustion Of The Basic Order Before The Expiry Of 12 Months Or Failure To Conduct A Public Procurement Procedure, Lack Of Selection Of Another Contractor Or Prolonged Subsequent Public Procurement Procedure) And Financial Resources Will Be Provided For This Purpose, C) The Contracts Referred To Above May Be Awarded After Conducting A Separate Public Procurement Procedure Under The Single-Source Procurement Procedure Pursuant To Art. 214 Section 1 Point 7) The Public Procurement Law. 7.
