The Subject Of This Tender Is A Contract For The Provision Of Reception And Security Services At The Following Locations Of Nrw.Bank In Düsseldorf: A. Kavalleriestraße 22, 40213 Düsseldorf, B. Ernst-Gnoß-Straße 25, 40219 Düsseldorf And C. Herzogstraße 15, 40217 Düsseldorf The Reception Services Include, In Particular, The Performance Of The Reception Function As A Central Contact Point For Visitors, Service Providers, External Companies, Other External Guests And Employees Of Nrw.Bank, Visitor Management Including Registration, Forwarding, Deregistration And Documentation, The Issuance And Return Of Visitor Passes, Access Passes And Locking Media, The Monitoring And Operation Of The Technical Equipment Intended For This Purpose, The Receipt And Forwarding Of Fault Reports As Well As The Initiation Necessary Measures In The Event Of An Emergency, Alarm Or Malfunction. In Addition, The Scope Of Services Includes Location-Related Security Services And Area Controls, In Particular Interior And Exterior Tours, Locking And Control Activities, The Documentation Of Checkpoints Via A Guard Control System, Participation In Protection And Security Measures As Part Of Events, And Event-Related Support With Special Security Or Reception Requirements. In Addition, Nrw.Bank Is Entitled To Access Additional Services (Also Called On-Demand Services, Special Services) If Necessary. There Is No Minimum Purchase Obligation In This Respect. A Binding Maximum Purchase Limit Applies To The Additional Services In Relation To The Security Services Of A Total Of 37,920 Person-Hours And For The Reception Services Of A Total Of 12,960 Person-Hours (In Each Case Based On The Maximum Duration Of The Order). The Contract Comes Into Force When The Contract Is Awarded. The Contractually Agreed Services Begin On January 1St, 2027. The Contract Has A Basic Term Of Four Years. It Is Extended Twice On A Recurring Basis For A Further Two Years Unless It Is Terminated In Writing By Nrw.Bank Six Months Before The Respective Expiry, But To A Maximum Of Eight Years (= Maximum Term).
