Architectural Services For Buildings – Renovation Of The 1 Rue Dormoy Site In Cormainville. This Consultation Is Organized With A View To Awarding A Project Management Contract For The Renovation Of The Site At 1 Rue Dormoy Including A Large House, A Barn, Small Annexes And Outdoor Spaces To Be Converted Into Landscaped Areas. This Consultation Is Organized Within The Framework Of A Procedure With Negotiation According To A Restricted Procedure In 2 Rounds. The Forecast Envelope Allocated To The Work Is Estimated At (Value June 2026): * €1,100,000 Excluding Tax For Buildings (Cost Of Work For All Trades, Including Vrd). * €480,000 Excluding Tax For Exteriors The Signature Of The Project Management Contract Is Planned For October 2026 And The Work Will Take Place In Several Installments, In Particular To Allow The Municipality To Spread Its Investments Over 2 Years.
