A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Functional And Utility Program (Also Called Ffu) - Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz. If The Content Of The Swz Differs From The Content In The Swz, The Provisions Of The Swz Should Be Considered Binding. Due To The Specific Nature Of The Hospitals Work - It Works 7 Days A Week, 24 Hours A Day, The Contractor Will Be Able To Perform The Works Basically Without Time Limits. However, Burdensome Works Will Have To Be Agreed Each Time With A Person Authorized By The Ordering Party, Responsible For The Current Implementation Of The Contract And For The Ordering Partys Contacts With The Contractor. 6. The Ordering Party Does Not Envisage Any Orders Referred To In Art. 214 Section 1 Point 7 Of The Public Procurement Law.9.
