Special Trade Construction Works Other Than Roof Works – Framework Agreement - Various Masonry, Painting, Metalwork, Plumbing And Signage Works In The Works Of Line 14 Of The Paris Metro For The Lifting Of Reservations For The Line 14 Extension Project. This Works Contract Is Part Of The Line 14 Extension Operation. This Operation Involves Work On The Ancillary Structures Of Line 14 Of The Paris Metro As Well As On The Tunnel. This Contract May Also Be Used For Interventions On Line 11. Its Purpose Is To Carry Out Work For All Trades. The Services To Be Carried Out Are As Follows (Non-Exhaustive List): - Preliminary Site Installations, And Elements To Reduce Site Nuisance, - Preparatory Work Necessary For Access To The Site Area (Removal Of Fences, Installation Of “No Passage” Signs, Etc.), - Installation Of Site Covers In Accordance With Id 53-1, 53-2 And 53-4, - Requests And Taking Of Deposits If Necessary For Carrying Out The Work Along The Tracks, - Prior Earthworks And Demolitions, - The Installation Of All Elements Necessary For The Safety Of The Path Inside The Ratp Works And Along The Tracks, During The Works, - The Repair Work Of The Concrete Surfaces And Volumes As Well As The Channels, - The Various Metalwork Works On The Ladders, The Gratings And The Doors, - The Adjustments And Replacements Of The Cf Doors, - The Various Masonry Works, - The Various Works Of - E Plumbing, Various Locksmith Work, - Various Signage Installation Work. The Description Of The Works And Their Technical Specifications Are Indicated In The Specifications Of Special Technical Clauses (Cctp), And The Implementation Constraints In Booklets N° 1, 2, 4, 5 And 6. This Contract Is A Multi-Awardee Framework Agreement (3 Holders) With Purchase Orders, Defined In Amount, With A Minimum Amount And A Maximum Amount. The Minimum Amount That Can Be Consumed, All Holders Combined, Is 800,000 Euros Excluding Tax. The Maximum Amount That Can Be Consumed, All Holders Combined, Is 3,000,000 Euros Excluding Tax. The Distribution Of The Minimum And Maximum Amounts Between The Holders Will Be Determined According To The Final Ranking Of The Technical-Financial Offers, According To The Following Proportions: For The Holder Ranked 1St: 50% Of The Total Amount, I.E. A Minimum Amount Of €400,000 Excluding Tax And A Maximum Amount Of €1,500,000 Excluding Tax. For The Holder Ranked 2Nd: 30% Of The Total Amount, I.E. A Minimum Amount Of €240,000 Excluding Tax And A Maximum Amount Of €900,000 Excluding Tax. For The Holder Ranked 3Rd: 20% Of The Total Amount, I.E. A Minimum Amount Of €160,000 Excluding Tax And A Maximum Amount Of €600,000 Excluding Tax.
