The Construction Site Is Located Between Schleswiger Straße And The New Sports Hall That Will Be Built In A Northerly Direction In 2023. The Construction Site (Plot Size 53,000 M2) Is Approached From Schleswiger Straße. In Order To Achieve Level Access From The Street To The Building, The Site Is Raised Approx. 1.00 M. The Building Is Categorized In Building Class 3 And Is 1 Storey And Founded On An Approximately 0.70 - 1.15 M Thick Reinforced Concrete Base And Additional Piles.
