Description ActionAid Palestine (AAP) is seeking to contract a qualified media production and broadcasting company for the delivery of high-quality photographs, videos and media coverage and produce, broadcast and livestream two TV media episodes and awareness spot on impact of war on climate and environment in Gaza and West Bank. Photography and media materials will be developed in accordance with AAPs communication rules, geared towards contribute to advocacy efforts carried out by ActionAid International in advocating for the rights of the Palestinian people and documenting environmental violations in Gaza. Media episodes and photography will be contributing to showing the crisis of climate change in Gaza and how it is being deepened by war and illegal practices of Israeli occupation. It will also raise the voices and demands of the most marginalized and impacted groups by this crisis. Raising voices of these groups will directly contribute to " Fund our Future Campaign and Global Week of Climate Action. High-quality videos, photos and media spots will shed the light on sever impact of war on deepening the crisis of climate change and environment in Gaza and amplify the voices of affected communities, particularly women and youthmaking their experiences visible, relatable, and urgent for diverse audiences, including policymakers, donors, and the public. Communication materials will also play a critical role in shaping public discourse, countering misinformation, and reinforcing key campaign messages grounded in rights, justice, and accountability. When aligned with advocacy moments, they can strengthen calls to action, mobilize supporters, and build momentum for policy change. Purpose & Rational As part of ActionAid Palestine continuous efforts, ActionAid Palestine is looking for specialized media company to produce high quality videos and photography and broadcast two media episodes and media awareness spot to shed light on the impact of war and occupation in Occupied Palestinian Territory (oPt) on climate change and environment. The overall goal of this assignment is to highlight the intersection between environmental degradation, occupation, and social inequality, advocating for equitable access to natural resources, climate resilience, and accountability for environmental harm. Our goal with this particular action seeks to amplify the voices of affected communities, particularly women and youth, while influencing local and international policies. Our goals include raising awareness of international and local audience about impact of climate crisis,using produced materials in all communication and advocacy products that AAI and AAP will produce and organize on climate justice in Palestine, using targeted communication and storytelling to raise awareness, and mobilize public support, and influence key stakeholders and strengthening advocacy efforts and driving attention toward urgent climate justice priorities in Palestine. Scope of Work The selected media compan will be responsible for: Producing raw and high-quality photos and short videos highlighting issues demonstrating impact of war on climate and enviornment in both Gaza and West Bank as destruction of agricultural lands ,Waste, Rubble, Pollution, Water Crisis and environmental Collapse, climate vulnerability in displacement settings,coastal and marine ecosystem damage,energy Crisis and environmental survival and Olive harvest in West Bank Production and brodcasting 2 TV epsiodes Producing and broadcasting media awareness spot during Global Week of Climate Action in Septmber. The selected company is expected to deliver the following: Schedule The assignment will be conducted between July 2026 to November 2026. Qualifications Of media Company To have an official license from the competent governmental authorities. To have a tax file in the Palestinian Ministry of Finance. To have interactive TV channels for broadcasting and publishing media spot. To have high number of flowers for social media channels. To have previous experiences in covering climate and environmental issues. Prerequisites for accepting Consultants Financial offer: Prices must include VAT for officially registered firms. For individuals, 5% income tax will be deducted from the total cost. Official registered applicants must submit a valid deduction from source certificate along with the offer.
