The Subject Of The Order Is The Selection Of A Contractor To Conduct A Total Of Ten (10) Study Visits For A Maximum Of 10 Groups Of Participants, Each Of Approximately 15 Participants - Employees Involved In The Creation Of Cus As Part Of The Implemented Partnership Project Entitled Cus – A New Look At Social Services, For A Total Of Up To 150 People. Each Study Visit Is To Be Completed In Two (2) Business Days And Is To Include At Least The Following Elements: 1. Travel By Organized Bus On The Route Rops Katowice (Meeting Point) - Cus In Myślenice-Bielsko-Biała (Accommodation, Implementation Of The Integration Program) - Cus In Bojszowy - Return To The Meeting Point (Katowice), 2. Service Of The Coordinator (Who Will Be Responsible For The Comprehensive Organization Of Study Visits And Contact With Rops Wsl Employees In All Organizational Matters), 3. Service Of The Moderator (Who Will Supervise The Correct And Planned Course Of Each Visit From The Day/Time Of Departure To The Day/Time Of Return), 4. Lecture At The Cus Offices, 5. Accommodation In A Facility With A Minimum Standard Of Three (3) Stars, 6. Meals In The Form Of: 1 Breakfast, 2 Lunches, 1 Dinner/Dinner, 2 Coffee Breaks (1 On Each Day), 7.
