The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Design Documentation For The Replacement Of Passenger Elevators Along With The Reconstruction Of Elevator Shafts And The Elevator Machine Room In Building B Of The Ministry Of Infrastructure At Ul. Chałubińskiego 4/6 In Warsaw. The Scope Of The Order Will Include The Following Stages: 1) Stage I: Assessment Of The Technical Condition And Structural Analysis Of The Building And Elevator Shafts For Expansion And Modernization; 2) Stage Ii: Development Of A Construction Design, Executive Design, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works (Stwior), Bill Of Quantities, Investors Cost Estimate; 3) Stage Iii: Obtaining On Behalf Of The Investor, On The Basis Of A Separate Written Authorization, Permits And Decisions Necessary To Implement The Investment, As Well As All Arrangements, Opinions And Recommendations Relevant Entities And Authorities;4) Stage Iv: Performing Authors Supervision At The Stage Of Selecting The Contractor For The Works;5) Stage V: Performing Authors Supervision At The Stage Of Implementation Of The Works Until Their Completion And Acceptance.
