Subject Of The Order: 1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works As Part Of The Task Titled: Thermal Modernization Of The Buildings Of The Piast Family Primary School In Tupady, Including Comprehensive Thermal Modernization Of The Buildings Of The Primary School. Rodu Piastów In Tupady And The Kindergarten Building, Along With The Modernization Of The Heat Source, Central Heating Installation, Construction Of A Photovoltaic Installation And Accompanying Works; 2) The Scope Of The Order Includes The Performance Of All Construction, Installation, Electrical, Sanitary And Accompanying Works Necessary To Achieve The Investment Objective Of Improving The Energy Efficiency Of Buildings And Reducing Greenhouse Gas Emissions. The Works Are To Ensure The Achievement Of Energy And Ecological Effects Specified In The Design Documentation And Application Documentation Of The Project Financed From Kpo Funds;3) The Subject Of The Order Is Implemented As Part Of The Project Co-Financed From The National Recovery And Resilience Plan (Kpo). The Contractor Is Obliged To Cooperate With The Ordering Party In Documenting The Implementation Of The Project, Achieving Indicators And Fulfilling The Information And Control Obligations Arising From The Co-Financing Agreement;4) The Subject Of The Order Must Be Performed In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Specification Of Terms Of Procurement (Swz), Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb).2. Material Scope Of The Order: 2.1. School Building - Part A (Facility Entered Into The Register Of Monuments) The Scope Of Works Includes In Particular: 1) Renovation Of External Plasters And Painting Of The Facade; 2) Renovation Of The Stone Plinth; 3) Insulation Of The Attic Ceiling; 4) Insulation Of The Ceiling Above The Ground Floor In The Non-Usable Part; 5) Insulation Of The Attic Ceiling In The Usable Part Along With The Construction Of A New Floor Made Of Boards; 6) Insulation Of The Attic Walls With Boards Of Mineral Wool Together With The Construction Of A Casing Made Of Plasterboards;7) Insulating Exposed Parts Of The Roof Slopes;8) Insulating The Ceiling Above The Basement With Spray Insulation;9) Replacing The Roof Covering With Ceramic Tiles;10) Assessing The Technical Condition Of The Roof Truss After Uncovering The Structure And Making Any Reinforcements Or Replacing Damaged Elements;11) Restoration And Conservation Of Wooden Architectural Elements Facade; 12) Execution Of Accompanying Works Resulting From The Design Documentation.
