1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Titled: Adaptation Of Part Of The Building Of The Village Cultural Center In Dziurków For The Needs Of An Ad Hoc Shelter. The Subject Of This Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works In The Scope Of Adapting Part Of The Building Of The Village Cultural Center In Dziurków For The Needs Of An Ad Hoc Shelter In Dziurków 116, 27-320 Solec Nad Wisłą, On Plots Marked No. 937 And 938, According To The Developed Technical Documentation. For The Needs Of The Place Two Rooms Will Be Adapted For Emergency Shelter And Two Rooms For Sanitary Facilities In The Northern Part. The Total Area Of ​​The Adapted Building Is 74.65 M2. As A Result Of The Implementation, Rooms Will Be Prepared For Sheltering Approximately 50 People. The Building Of The Village Cultural Center Is A Brick Building, Covered With Steel Sheets, Equipped With Electrical, Water And Sewage Installations, Built In The 1950S. The Scope Of The Planned Works Includes: 1) Earthworks Related To The Excavation And Exposure Of Existing Foundations; 2) Demolition Works, Including The Removal Of Floors, Door Frames, Plasters And Old Paint Coatings, As Well As Making The Necessary Penetrations In The Walls; 3) Masonry Works Consisting In Strengthening The Foundation Walls And Securing Window And Door Openings; 4) Insulation And Fungus Control Works, Including The Implementation Of Moisture-Proof Insulation; 5) Works Plastering And Finishing Works, Including Plastering, Painting, And Installation Of Windows And Doors;6) Flooring Works, Including The Construction Of Concrete Bases, Insulation, Cement And Tile Floors;7) Electrical Works, Consisting Of Replacing Cables And Installation Of Electrical Equipment And Lighting Fixtures;8) Water And Sewage Works, Including Installation Of Installations, Water Heating Devices And Sanitary Equipment;9) Execution Of Mechanical Ventilation With Heat Recovery;10) Related Works With The Construction Of A Drainless Sewage Tank. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Task That Is The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Internal Affairs And Administration Of July 9, 2025 On The Conditions For Organizing And Requirements To Be Met By Places Of Emergency Shelter, Based On Applicable Regulations, Standards And Technical Conditions For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And In Accordance With The Law In Force In The Republic Of Poland, In Particular: Construction Law, And In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Ordering Party. As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Perform Accompanying Works And Temporary Works Not Covered By The Design Documentation And Bills Of Quantities And Necessary To Include: Organization And Security Of The Construction Site, Liquidation Of The Construction Site, Waste Disposal, Tidying Up The Area After Construction, Preparation Of As-Built Documentation, Including Geodetic And As-Built Inventories, And Any Ot
