The Scope Of The Order Includes The Performance Of All Works Necessary For The Proper Functioning Of Municipal Roads, In Accordance With Applicable Law, Including The Following Elements:2.1. Additionally, The Reconstruction Of The Intersection Of Ul. Gościnna With District Road No. 1570B, I.E. Ul. Adama Mickiewicza In Its Road Lane, In Order To Adapt The Parameters Of This Intersection To The Applicable Technical Conditions For Roads And The Planned Permanent Traffic Organization After The Investment Is Completed. Gościnna And The Existing Land Development, The Construction Should Be Carried Out With The Smallest Possible Expropriation For The Road, And After The Investment, This Section Will Function As A Class L Public Road With A Road Width Of Min. 5.5 M.2.3.
