The Scope Of The Order Includes: • Dismantling And Demolition Works; • Plastering Works; • Renovation Works; • Finishing Works; • Painting Works; • Electrical Works; • Internal Installation Works; • Low-Voltage Installation Works (Calling System) • Replacement Of Door Joinery; • Execution Of Sanitary And Ventilation Installations • Interior Finishing; • Partial Equipping And Furnishing Of Rooms3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In Annex No. 11 To The Swz. It Consists Of The Following Documents: 1) Technical Description, 2) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works (Stwiorb) 3) Bills Of Quantities 4. Due To The Fact That The Contractors Remuneration Indicated In The Offer Will Be A Lump Sum, When Pricing The Offer, The Contractor Should Rely On The Scope Indicated In The Design Documentation Referred To In Point 3(1) And The Stwiorb.
