The Order Is Being Implemented As Part Of An Investment Project Called Modernization Of Facilities At Zsp No. 2 In Zamość.2. The Scope Of The Order Includes: - Demolition Of The Floor In The Gymnasium (Parquet Floor) And Disposal, - Construction Of A New Floor In The Gymnasium (Parquet Floor), - Dismantling Of Old Window Joinery And Installation Of New One In The Classrooms (Ground Floor) - Southern Elevation - 10 Pieces, - Dismantling Of Old Window Joinery In The Attic And Installation Of New One - Southern Elevation - 7 Pcs., - Disassembly Of Old Window Joinery In The Attic And Installation Of New - Northern Elevation - 8 Pcs., - Dismantling Of Steel Window Grates And Disposal, - Disassembly Of Attic Windows And Installation Of New Ones In The School And Administration Building - 2 Pcs., - Installation Of External Window Sills, - Installation Of Internal Window Sills Made Of Stone Conglomerate.3. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Principles Of Modern Technical Knowledge, Applicable Regulations And Standards, And The Content Of The As-Built Documentation Should Be Adapted To The Specificity And Nature Of The Investment Task. 4. A Detailed Description Of The Execution And Scope Of Works Is Included In The Design And Cost Estimate Documentation And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Constituting Annexes To The Swz, In Polish Standards Or Technical Approvals, Technical Conditions For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, And In The Draft Contract, Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz.5. The Ordering Party Informs That The Names Of Manufacturers, Trademarks, Patents Or Origins, Sources Or Specific Processes Appearing In The Design Documentation In Relation To The Required Materials, Devices, Equipment Or Goods - Recommends That They Be Treated As Examples And Allows The Use Of Equivalent Materials And Devices In The Execution Of The Order, Provided That They Guarantee Obtaining Technical, Functional And Operational Parameters Not Worse Than Those Assumed In The Design Documentation. These Changes Are To Be Beneficial For The Ordering Party, E.G. They Will Reduce Operation And Maintenance Costs, Improve Technical Parameters, And Update The Solutions Due To Technological Progress And Changes In Applicable Regulations.
