The Subject Of The Contract Is The Performance Of Construction Works Related To The Reconstruction Of The Building Of The Village Community Center In The Village Of Łoknica In Connection With Its Adaptation Into A Local Activity Center, Together With The Construction Of The Necessary Technical Infrastructure (Tank For Liquid Waste With A Capacity Of 9.81 M3), On The Plot With No. 174, Łoknica District, Bielsk Podlaski Commune.1.1 Construction Works Include Both Rooms Inside The Facility And Outside. Inside The Building, The Walls Will Be Demolished, Except For One Located On The Right Side Of The Main Entrance. All Wall And Ceiling Cladding Will Be Dismantled. The Plaster And Ceiling Backfill Will Be Demolished, As Well As The Existing Concrete Floors In Some Rooms. The Dismantling Included All Door Joinery And Windows In The Attic. The Existing Ceiling Beams Will Be Suspended From The Beam. The External Walls From The Inside Of The Building Will Be Insulated With A Layer Of Rigid Pir Foam Boards. 5 Cm. The Ceiling Will Be Insulated With A 25 Cm Layer Of Mineral Wool. New Electrical, Water And Sewage Installations Will Be Built. Air Conditioners Will Be Installed In The Meeting Room And The Rural Housewives Club. Plasterboards Will Be Placed On The Walls And Ceilings. The Following Rooms Will Be Built Inside The Building: Vestibule, Social Room, Storage Room, Meeting Room, Cloakroom, Corridor, Room For The Rural Housewives Club, Toilet Adapted For Disabled People, Toilet, Porch. Room Heating With Electric Convector Heaters. Outside, New Reinforced Concrete Stairs Will Be Built, Along With A Ramp For The Disabled At The Back Of The Building. Stoneware Tiles Will Be Laid And Steel Balustrades Will Be Installed At The Main Entrance.
