1. The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Titled Renovation Of The Defensive Wall - Section A-B. 2. Scope Of Works: 1) Part I: A) Renovation Of Ceramic Elements, B) Renovation Of Stone Elements. 3. The Immovable Monument To Which The Order Relates Is Located In Starogard Gdański At Ul. Haller. 4. The Detailed Scope Of Work Covered By This Order Is Specified In The Attached Technical Documentation. 5. All Direct Indications Of A Given Manufacturer Or Supplier, A Specific Brand And Own Name Of Individual Producers, The Name Of A Specific Product Or Source Or Trademark, Patent, Type Or Specific Origin Used In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Are Used As Auxiliary Information And Do Not Constitute An Indication Of The Obligation To Use Them In The Offer. The Ordering Party Allows, In Every Aspect Of The Order, The Use Of Solutions Equivalent Or Better Than Those Indicated, Provided That Their Use Does Not Lead To The Deterioration Of The Indicated Technical, Functional And Quality Parameters. It Is The Contractors Responsibility To Prove That The Offered Solution Is Equivalent Or Better Than The Required Solution. 6. The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Principles Of Technical Knowledge, Applicable Legal Regulations, Other Contractual Documents, Principles Of Construction Practice, Construction Safety And Future Operation, While Maintaining The High Quality Of The Materials And Solutions Used And In A Way That Ensures Future Failure-Free And Economic Use Of The Created Infrastructure In Accordance With Its Planned Purpose, As Well As The Removal Of All Defects And Faults That Occur During The Warranty Period And The Guarantee Granted By The Contractor.
