The Scope Of Construction Works Includes In Particular: Insulation Of Foundation Walls With Styrofoam Thickness. 12 And Λ ≤ 0.032 W/(M∙K); Insulation Of The Walls Above Ground With Styrofoam Thickness. 14 Cm And Λ ≤ 0.032 W/(M∙K); Execution Of Façade Plastering; Replacement Of Windows And Doors; Replacing External Window Sills. Note: The Design Documentation Attached To The Swz Covers A Much Broader Scope (It Will Be Implemented Later, In Subsequent Stages Of Works) - The Scope Of Works Included In The Attached Bill Of Quantities Should Be Taken Into Account For The Valuation. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. It Consists Of The Following Documents: A) Design Documentation, B) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb), C) Bills Of Quantities. Due To The Fact That The Remuneration Will Be A Cost Estimate, The Bills Of Quantities Attached To The Swz Are Binding. The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare An Offer Cost Estimate Based On The Bills Of Quantities Received From The Ordering Party, Using The Price Base He Adopted For Cost Estimation And After Adding Vat.
