1. The Subject Of The Task Is The Renovation Of The Sports Segment, I.E. Two Gymnasiums In The Public Primary School With Sports Championship Branches No. 2 In Stalowa Wola, Which Will Be Carried Out In The North-Eastern Part Of The School Complex, Only On The Ground Floor. 2. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Disassembly And Disposal Of Existing Equipment From 2 Sports Halls (Small And Large), 2) Installation Of A New Sports Floor On The Joists Along With Painting The Lines And Filling The Sleeves On The Joists In The Gymnasiums, 3) Removal Of Steel Window Casings, 4) Replacement Of Door Frames With New Aluminum Ones, 5) Installation Of Ball Catch Nets On Both Sides Of The Gymnasiums From Windows And Mezzanine, 6) Delivery Of New Sports Equipment And Their Installation: A) Gymnastic Ladders, B) Bars For Ladders, C) Basketball Backboards, D) Handball Goals, E) Posts For Attaching A Volleyball Net, 7) Replacement Of Lighting, 8) Replacement Of Electrical Installations Related To Lighting And Control, 9) Protection Of Structural Elements With Fire-Retardant Paints And Painting Of The Flat Roof, 10) Painting And Wall Finishing (Cleaning And Painting).11) The Ordering Party Requires Continuous, Ongoing Supervision Over The Implementation Of Construction Works By The Construction Manager, Including Constant Coordination Of The Works And Presence On The Construction Site To The Extent Necessary For The Proper Execution Of The Order, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Construction Law.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 6 - Technical Documentation And Annex No. 7 - Contract Template To This Swz.4. The Facility Being Modernized Is Located In Stalowa Wola At Ul. Mickiewicza 15. Access And Pedestrian Access To The Plot Via Existing Regular Exits. The Plot Area Is The Responsibility Of The Investor. The Boundaries Of The Construction Site Should Be Agreed With The Investor, Taking Into Account Ensuring Safe Access. Access To The Facility Is Provided By The Existing City Street System.5. Under This Order, The Contractor Will Bear All Costs Necessary To Complete The Task And Obtain The Necessary Permits.6. In Connection With The Work Carried Out At The Educational Facility, Construction Works Will Have To Be Carried Out Strictly In Accordance With: The Presented Financial Settlement Schedule When Signing The Contract.7. The Ordering Party Requires That The Construction Works Do Not Interfere In Any Way With The Work Of The Educational Unit. 8. Moreover, The Contractor Is Obliged To Permanently Secure And Separate The Place Of Work From The Rest Of The Educational Facility By Separating The Communication Area For Employees And Material Suppliers, Carrying Out Work Outside The Hours Of The Educational Facility, Carrying Out Work During Periods Free From Classes, I.E. Weekends And Holidays, Daily Cleaning After Construction Works.9. Additionally, The Contractor Is Required To Prepare A Work Schedul
